This mixer was a huge disappointment, after having a Sunbeam mixmaster for over 20 years, which never gave me any trouble, this mixer was purchased as a gift to replace the old one.

price, solid, easy insertion and removal of beaters, convenient dial

markings washed off dial, motor failed on bowl turning mechanism within 6 months of steady household use

Am not happy with this mixer.

Heavy, good safety features

Buttons to release mixer and release beaters difficult to release. Dry flour does not stay in bowl.
