Good Price

May be a better shielded VDI cable will improve video quality. I guess I got for what I paid for.

Good price

A lot of popcorn noise over DVI interface. Look good on VGA connector. Not sure if this is the video card problem. Susceptible to the noise coupled over DVI cable

save your money!

Save your money on the return shipping and get a diffrent monitor. This one was cheap for a good reason.

Good looking screen, easy set up, plenty of adjustments

dead pixles within one week, If you usde the setup disk with Nvidia drivers installed it will pooch them. Screen looks worse than than an old ibm 8086 crashing

Gorgeous Picture

I still find myself in awe of the picture when I walk by or work on it. I'm coming from a 17 so this seems like double the workspace. The picture is so nice I forget it's not HD. I love the piano finish, looks amazing even when off. I'm just using VGA...

Absolutely beautiful picture, equally beautiful price. I got mine factory refurbished, not a single dead pixel. This monitor is everything I could hope for at under 200.00. Would highly recommend this monitor

Only second thought is I wish it was HD

very clear screen

no speakers, but i'm sure they would'nt sound great anyway.

the 2ms response time is great for games. i own a hanns-g 22'' 5 ms as well hi221D (without a dvi cable though) the acer makes the picture on the hanns g look dull, i think it's due to not having the dvi cable. on the hanns-g ; it seems a little bit...

mine didn't come with a dvi cable, it supposed to have come with it. i've contacted newegg i got a swift response and i hope they'll send me one. nothing to lose an egg about ; stand doesn't adjust up and down, nothing some duct tape and old cds...

Great budget screen

When I ordered the monitor, I chose the UPS guaranteed 3 day shipping, and 9 days later it finally showed up. I may go with FedEx from now on.

I was looking for a good 22" monitor and this had the best specs in the price range ; 2ms response time ; 2500:1 contrast (not really, it's dynamic) ; Vista Certified (just like every other monitor, but a selling point for some people) ; Shiny finish...

I wish it was 1920X1080 for full HD, but no 22" monitors I looked at are ; Acer posts the dynamic contrast instead of the actual static contrast for it's monitors, I almost bought a 21.5" because it advertises 20000:1 contrast, but they didn't say it...

Great

I like the simple button design and overall look to it. Only thing that would be better is having HDMI with it, but oh well.

Great picture quality, no dead pixels, amazing viewing angels, and outstanding price

Picture would shutter while playing GTA IV at any resolution. Didn't happen on any other monitor, but was annoying none the less. No problems otherwise

kick-a** monitor, but...?

After scouring the net for a driver, I called Acer customer support, good experience. Brief wait times after a mildly annoying and confusing routing auto-menu led me to a reasonably intelligent tech who informed me that the driver iI was looking for...

Astronomical bang for buck, bright, fairly sharp imaging with good contrast, small footprint for large flat screen, no dead/stuck pixs

Is it just the geek in me, or do you think it's odd that Acer produces and markets a product like this and doesn't provide a simple driver for it? The only available driver is for USB interface. Yes, the plug & pray driver in XP seems to work fine, but...

i'd buy 2 if the stand is a little taller.

The screen looks very crisp! the overall design is just as sexy as other more expensive monitors. no dead pixel

the stand is a little short, but it's not a big issue for me. i'd rather have a taller stand
