AOC e2752Vh

The AOC e2752Vh is a budget-friendly 27-inch monitor with a fast pixel response and a better-than-average pair of speakers. While features are scarce, and the panel has trouble displaying dark shades of gray, its color accuracy is good for the price.

Affordably priced. Solid gaming performance. Good audio output

Narrow viewing angles. Weak, dark gray-scale performance. Limited features

It wasn't long ago that you needed deep pockets to own a big-screen monitor, but nowadays you can get one for under $300 if you don't mind making a few sacrifices. With the AOC e2752Vh ($299.99), you get a 27-inch twisted nematic (TN) display that...

More often than not, garbage.

This might be an acceptable product to sell if the quality control wasn't nonexistent.

Large screen, fairly small pixels, light as a feather

You are more likely to obtain a piece of garbage when ordering this than a fully functional screen free of defects. Allow me to elaborate ; I got two of these so my wife and I could tandem compute like wizards once did. One of them was in decent shape...

Works like a champ

Still going strong after over a year, no problems at all with burned out pixels or lack of picture quality.. however

I do realize it could be just me (user error?)... I also realize that computers are finicky beasts, what one computer likes another might dislike for a million various reasons that have to do with programming that are beyond me.. having said that,...

Have 3 and all have been great

Great for the price and been top notch since I bought them.

Bought 3 of these monitors over a year ago. Took a chance on them as they didn't have a lot of reviews, but I've very happy with them ever since ; Light for their size, Easy to mount (done it twice with two different set ups) and great bang for your buck

Speakers are poor (what do you expect though) and the buttons are bit hard to use, but I've gotten use to them

I own 2

I've noticed certain issues with both Nvidia and AMD using HDMI. With Nvidia the colors by default are jacked up, 500x too bright aka washed out. A registry tweak is needed to fix it, so if you were using Nvidia and it's washed out while using HDMI...

Size, Response time, Picture once calibrated. And Price

Needed calibration out of the box, not horrible, but not good enough

Excellent value, display not as sharp as my IPS LCD set.

1) excellent value for the price ; 2) built in speaker works fine for casual usage ; 3) has HDMI port, I'm using this with an Intel DC3217BY which only has HDMI port. Same HDMI port carries both video and audio

Not as sharp as a IPS LCD display that cost 2 x more. I'm not complaining as this is a great value for the price I paid

Da faq!?

I don/t know why they would not have shipped this item with more protective packaging. Currently waiting on newegg to send a replacement and when it arrives I'll update my review, but as of now I'm a very un-happy customer.

Shipping was fast

Package arrived damaged and was in the retail box, not a protective shipping container. Upon opening the box I instantly noticed the damaged top right portion of the monitor. Needless to say I am not happy

Great monitor for the price

I can't say if its great for the price now, but when I bought it it definitely was. It has really decent stats for the price and I had no problems with it at all. I just wish there were more inputs and that I could tilt the stand back.

Size, price, no problems, backlit, stats are pretty decent

Could use more inputs. Stand is not adjustable

Great budget 27"

My first 1080p monitor and I am pretty happy with it. I will probably get a separate stand for this monitor because it sways back and forth every time I barely move my desk.

Very bright display (configurable) ; Gorgeous and realistic color depth ; Lots of screen real estate for your money

The stand is a flimsy piece of plastic. I know this is commonplace on large, cheap monitors, but that doesn't mean I have to like it ; The buttons are stiff and make an annoying clicking noise when depressed ; To give an example of how flimsy the stand...
