The monitor is great but the base stand is dodgy, so the monitor angles down to the right. I have to use a bit of cardboard to get it to sit in the correct position

The AOC i2353Ph is a good product, overall - it’s a somewhat affordable 23-inch IPS panel display. Priced at Rs.14,990 in India, it's a tad more expensive than most TN panel monitors of this size.

impressive but still could be better

if you are looking for monitor then you can not go wrong with this one for the price. I personally wound not look lower then this. TN panels are waist
