was unsure it was exactly what i needed. lucky it was. only difference from original screen and this one is this one is matte. which i actually kind of like better so i dont have to see my ugly mug in the reflection of my screen anymore

it is what i expected.

 

it is really satisfying to get what you pay for and get what you have been expecting. this is the case. i accidentally cracked my old screen and even though the laptop was still under warranty, Asus told me that it would not fix it because of it....
