Awesome monitor. Big and bright.

Purchasing two more in the near future for triple monitor gaming.

Purchased this monitor a couple of months ago since I wanted to take somewhat full advantage of my first ever powerful gaming pc with a GTX690 video card and this thing is a beast. Apart from having a great picture I also get a very smooth (144Hz) game...

Built in speakers are pretty weak but it doesn't matter since I use high quality external Logitech speakers anyway

Beautiful Monitor - Stuck/Dead Pixel

Would otherwise be fantastic for gaming.

This monitor was easy to setup and looks nice. Clarity of 144hz is VERY good, and this thing is VERY bright as well

I read a few reviews on people receiving this monitor with stuck/dead pixels. Didn't think I would be so unlucky. I guess I was wrong. Upon initail startup, there is a stuck red pixel in the center of the screen. I have ran programs to attempt to fix...

48 hour burn in / ASUS vg278he

This monitor has been powered up now for a solid 52 hours. It has had numerous test ran on it for color accuracy and speed. Zero dead pixels and the color is very beautiful in my opinion. I have ran ASUS products in several of my builds and they always...

Ordered it Wednesday night and got it Saturday afternoon. $2.99 rush delivered/ cheap love!! If you got the money for this thing then get it. Its worth it. The colors are great. Zero bleed through. Didn't have to tinker with the settings much at all....

The input ports are a pain in the TAIL!. This is a very BIG monitor and flipping it over and twisting to plug in HDMI or DVI was the only complication I have had with this monitor. The port are recessed vertically and inward. Designed to hide Im sure...

Nice 144hz

Hook us up and you will dominate the market... Win Win all around.

That is cool 144hz

We want 1920 x 1200 with 144hz and 2m response time and then I will pay $500's. No company makes it and that is what all avid gamer's want... Don't believe me other people are asking on forms for more frames with higher resolution. once you go 1200 its...

99% Satisfied

Besides subtracting one egg for the dead pixel and I feel its a little over priced, this monitor kicks ACE!! I have played BF3 and Planetside 2 so far to test it. Its just so responsive and smooth I almost feel like Im cheating and been accused of it...

There is loads of info out there on this monitor so I will keep this fairly short and to the point. If you are looking for the absolute fastest gaming monitor out there, you're looking at it. It can achieve up to 144Hz refresh with a response time of 2...

Mine unfortunately came with 1 dead, possibly stuck pixel. Its is very hard to see and off to the bottom right corner so I may just deal with it. ASUS has a no dead pixel policy and can be replaced so you're covered if you get one like me and want to...

Awesome

Lol at people using it as a tv. Got on a different place because of free shipping (same review).

Replaced a 2-3 year old 22inch Samsung (great monitor) - but this thing blows it away in every aspect. 27" is a perfect size (couldn't see going any larger or else you have to look around to see what's going on). No dead pixles. 144Hz with virtually no...

Good, but not Great

Asus is a great brand and I have many of their other products which I have never had any issues with and love. The combination of a lot of light bleed, colors being WAY off no matter how calibrated, as well as 1920 x 1080 resolution in a 27" screen...

The speed and frame rate when set to 144hz was awesome! No ghosting and BF3 was smooth and VERY nice

The color reproduction was way off, especially in "game" mode. No matter what I tried and read about in support forums and the support site, I could not get the color to my satisfaction and look even close to my other cheaper LCD. In addition, any time...

Great BF3 monitor

Bought this monitor for the sole purpose of First person shooter play, in particular BF3, no 3D. Switched from an old panel with high response time > 8ms and 59 Hz to this thing of beauty. I knew it would be better but I did not expect such a big...

Recognized by Win 7, Asus Pro motherboard instantly ; 144 Hz really smooth ; very fast response time no tearing, delay when moving around fast while in game ; nice design

very blue whites when starting it up ; Can be easily adjusted

Nice but...

Running a 7970 with, of all things, no dual-link DVI port (what a mistake), I had to use the Display Port. But to do that with this monitor required a very specific adapter. This was the only one that worked: Accell UltraAV B087B-002B DisplayPort/DVI-D...

Fast. It's fast... 144Hz is very nice but can be hard to utilize depending on your situation

No DisplayPort input. Sorry, but this is a huge issue. Otherwise the best gaming monitor out there for pure response and gaming crispness and it's missing a critical input for multi-display use. Generally not a problem for single displays but in some...

Awesome for the price

Kudos to NewEgg for such a fast deliver. And UPS didn't smash the box. lol

Well this puppy is fast. Running S.t.a.l.k.e.r. mods at 144 htz, and with Full Dynamic Lighting is just awesome ; Monitor was a bit bright but can be adjusted in the OSD. I still have to play around with the OSD until all is perfect

None so far! If I have a problem I'll be back
