I am the IT Systems Administrator for a mid-sized company. For every new person, and all replacement monitors, I purchase Asus monitors. They have excellent clarity and you can change the screen mode with a single touch of a button.

Great budget desktop monitor for home office

The screen seems kind of small due to the thick monitor border around it, but its fairly light weight for its size. Unless all you need is a VGA input, I would recommend looking for another monitor that has others as well.

Great purchase one year later. Low energy consumption, great display and features strong for a smaller screen. Next one is two biggest ASUS made.
