BenQ GW2750HM 27in monitor

a 13in screen and a pile of work to be completed, that choice can seem a poor one.

Multiple input ports; value for money; good performance

Average speaker output; can seem bulky

BenQ’s GW2750HM 27in LED monitor offers great performance for its price, and would suit anyone looking for a jack-of-all-trades 27in monitor that won’t break the bank.

Good Good

This big screen looks great. I dont know what you are doing with an itty bitty screen. Get this one, it's good. It's not too big. The colors are not faded. Go Big

So far so good

Disappointed

I have had this monitor since November 2013 and it has already started to mess up, the picture looks terrible after it is on for more than an hour, it also has screen burn ins of pictures videos ect. just disappointing after hearing all the hype around...

While it still worked fine it had a pretty good picture, also liked how it had hdmi

Screen burns ; ghosting ; and after a while it has vertical lines moving up and down on screen (kind of hard to explain)

Solid Purchase

For the quick answer on the product scroll down to the end of review!!!! This monitor is an upgrade from my 2011HPx, don't judge me, I know I was behind the ball here. And please don't say, "He cant give an accurate review on such a serious leap of...

1: Overall Build Quality 2: Display Quality 3: Increased Viewing Distance

Glossy Bezel&Base (Really not a deal breaker) Built in speakers sort of a waste IMO. You wont buy this for its sound output. No one spends that much money for a monitor with speakers. They will usually have a sweet headset or speaker setup already

BenQ GW2750HM

*I use this for mostly gaming and CAD work. *For my needs, this monitor is a great fit.

It's bright. I had to turn it down a bit ; Provides enough light that I can see my keyboard at night ; The large screen makes for easier headshots in FPS games compared to my old 19 inch

There is some ghosting with magenta like colors, but it doesn't bug me too much ; For example, I haven't seen any ghosting while playing Hawken, but I do when playing Skyrim such as areas where there are candles or fires ; Magenta on Adobe Lightroom...

Looks beautiful, not optimal for all games

For general use and watching movies/video, this monitor is fantastic. For gaming, if you are not sensitive to ghosting and the games you intend to play do not have many dark scenes with the contrast/sharpness qualities described above, it is also a...

Beautiful static images, movies/videos ; Pleasant experience for most games ; Deep blacks, high level of color detail even in shadows ; Great price for a monitor of this quality and size ; New version is flicker-free

The 4-12ms GTG response time causes noticeable ghosting in games, but the severity of the blur effect varies depending on the scene ; In most scenes, it results in a very subtle blur effect that causes slight loss of texture detail when the camera is...
