BenQ GW2760HS review

Budget 27-inch monitor heaven

Great image reproduction ; Robust and stylish ; Flicker free ; VESA compatible ; Good for movies

No height adjustment ; No swivel stand ; Lousy audio ; Average text reproduction

BenQ GW2760HS Monitor Review

The BenQ GW2760HS is a monitor with a lot going on for it. For starters, you get a massive 27" VA 1080p panel for a very modest price of Rs 20,000. It features all the necessary HDMI/DVI inputs, in addition to onboard speakers, 3.5mm audio input as...

Design and Build Quality The BenQ makes no bones about its budget leanings. This is, after all, a 27" VA panel that costs just Rs 20,000. This generosity is tempered with a frugal approach that's evident elsewhere in the monitor's design. The looks,...

BenQ GW2760HS Monitor Review - Tech2

The BenQ GW2760HS is a cheap, no-nonsense PC monitor that gives you a large and capable 27" VA panel for a ridiculously low price of Rs 20,000. Read on to find out what makes this flicker free monitor tick...

BenQ GW2760HS review

Its colour accuracy isn't great, but it's still one of the best 27in VA panels we've seen

The BenQ GW2760HS is an excellent VA panel. It doesn't quite compete with more accurate IPS displays, but at this price it seems churlish to complain. If you particularly suffer from monitor-related eye strain, the GW2760HS is for you.

BenQ GW2760HS

BenQ promises its flicker-free 27-inch monitor will save you from eye-strain.

Flicker-free backlight reduces eye strain ; Excellent contrast and brightness ; Good colour production

So-so uniformity across screen ; Low-resolution at large size

There's plenty to tweak, too, with five levels of gamma correction and three levels of overdrive (response time) joining the usual suspects. There are three colour temperature presets, Reddish, Normal and Blueish, and a user mode.

Flicker-free Monitor : BenQ Flickerfree GW2760HS

Spending time on a computer can be productive and entertaining but it can also produce some other less appealing side effects which this next monitor offers to alleviate.

Back in the early days of movie making, and I am referring to those first black & white offerings, the audience had to put up with a great deal of on-screen flicker as the images were being constantly updated. This flickering phenomenon was the reason...

BenQ GW2760HS 27-inch monitor review: outstanding quality for the price

The best-value 27-inch monitor on the market? We think the BenQ GW2760HS might be the one to buy

Large 217-inch display, flicker-free technology, non-glossy AG matte coating, fantastic colour gamut range, unobtrusive bezel, amazingly low price

Resolution not as high as Apple Cinema Display, colour accuracy isn’t as good as a high-end monitor

This is a superb monitor to choose to go with a Mac mini or as an external display for your MacBook Air or MacBook Pro. At around £200 it offers premium quality and high performance at a price normally associated with much lower quality display.

BenQ GW2760HS LED Monitor Review

BenQ GW2760HS LED Monitor Review gives detailed hands on information on the latest monitor. It comes with some amazing technology and function.

• Excellent color reproduction ; • Good viewing angles ; • Enhanced visual graphics ; • Slim and Sleek ; • Decent contrast ratio ; • Affordable 8-bit monitor

• Weak speakers ; • Lacks USB

Available with an awesome 8-bit panel with good viewing angles and excellent color reproduction, BenQ GW2760HS proves to be a perfect deal with 8-bit VA Panel Monitor, that also for the price of Rs. 20000. Forget having sore eyes now, its flicker free...

Multi-Monitor Setup

If you planned to debezel these, be aware. The vesa mount is just drilled in the case, not the actual lcd case. So there is no way to use these as debezeled unless you drill holes in the actually lcd case.

Very light weight monitor. I bought three of these beast and no dead pixel. Clear and sharp view. The monitor stand is easy to mount. The buttons are on the back which I like.

Light indicator at the bottom of the power button is just out of place. It's kind of in the way if you don't swap your monitor using portrait mode.
