BenQ V2400W LCD Monitor

BenQ is slowly but surely building a reputation for itself. A consortium of some 10 companies, these guys have been getting higher notches in their reviews over the months, and this time we have a high end 24 inch LCD monitor by them, called the BenQ...

At Rs. 22000, I must say this monitor is decently priced, though slightly lesser price would have hit the spot. The build quality is not up to the mark, though design is great. Features/connectivity are enough, while performance is above average, at...

BenQ V2400 Eco

With the Samsung SyncMaster XL2370 ($300) costing $50 less than the BenQ, there is simply no good reason to purchase V2400 Eco. Overall, the Samsung monitor has better performance, facilitated by its wider viewing angle and brighter screen. The BenQ...

The BenQ V2400 Eco has a thin and unique, all-white design and virtually no backlight bleed through. It also includes a comprehensive onscreen display and a built-in headphone jack.

The BenQ V2400 Eco has a shallow viewing angle, lacks a DVI connection, and doesn't include an HDMI to DVI cord or HDMI cord.

The BenQ V2400 Eco is a solid monitor that just can't compare with the best there is in price and performance.

BenQ V2400W

The BenQ V2400W ($499 list) is a bright, attractive 24-inch LCD monitor that will handle most of your everyday home and office viewing needs. The display is very sleek and is one of the more attractive displays that I have tested, so it's a fine...

Sleek design. Good text and color reproduction. HDMI port

Grayscale performance not up to par. Narrow viewing angles. Limited adjustability. No DVI or HDMI cables

With its curvy cabinet and sleek finish, the BenQ V2400W has plenty of style, but it suffers from a few performance flaws.

BenQ V2400 Eco and Samsung SyncMaster 2233SW

What do you value more in an LCD monitor, excellent performance or environmental awareness? The two monitors we'll review today ask you to make that decision. The BenQ V2400 Eco may encourage you to trade your hard-earned green for a greener world,...

Although its picture may not be the greatest, the V2400 Eco does offer solid adjustable picture settings through its on-screen display, or OSD. The OSD is user-friendly for the most part and allows for quick adjustments on the fly. The display comes...

BenQ V2400 Eco

The V2400 Eco targets green users and thus features a LED backlight. Is it a worthy investment?

Though the V2400 has some strong selling points it would have fared better if it offered more features.

BenQ V2400W LCD Monitor Review

The BenQ V2400W has recently appeared on the upper-end LCD monitor market to a good deal of acclaim. So what's all the excitement about? And does the monitor live up to the hype? Keep reading; our review will spell it out for you.

The monitor is also a very sound choice for companies that are looking to create an impressive feel around the office for both employees and customers. All in all, if you have the $450 to spend and you really just want to get rid of it, then there are...

BenQ V2400 24" Eco Series LCD Monitor review

An attractive display with a performance that doesn't quite match its looks

Stylish white design ; Crisp, clear colours

Mediocre viewing angles ; Needs adaptor and/or cable

BenQ V2400 Eco LED monitor

The BenQ V2400 Eco 24in monitor is one of the first monitors to include LED backlighting, the same technology used in the latest televisions.

Eco-friendly, LED backlit, minimalist design, Full HD resolution, HDMI

No DVI port, struggles to distinguish black levels, appears less bright in the centre of the screen, doesn't rotate or swivel

BenQ's V2400 Eco LED monitor is one of the first LED-backlit monitors to hit the market in Australia. Though the eco-friendly nature of this unit combined with the advantages of LED backlighting make it a decent monitor, the lack of a DVI port and some...

BenQ V2400W

Sporting a stylish design, HDMI support and a response time as quick as 2ms, BenQ's V2400W is aimed at the typical PC user, gamer or next-generation H...

Design, colour levels, fast response time, touch-sensitive controls, no noticeable ghosting during gaming and movie playback

Average viewing angles, finer details sometimes lost, only a VGA cable included, no wall mounting option

BenQ’s V2400W features a stylish design, and its excellent performance in most areas means that it's ideal for the typical PC user or gamer. The addition of HDMI should also appeal to console owners.

BenQ V2400 Eco review

This 24in 16:9 widescreen display from BenQ is finished in matt white. Its asymmetrical stand makes it look distinctive, along with the bizarre knick-knack pot, which BenQ says is ideal for plants.

Striking looks and great image quality, but it lacks features for the price and might make your PC look rather drab.

Product Specifications

The BenQ LED monitors come with an ultra-high dynamic contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1 to add color depth and definition to darkened and complex visuals, so that everything you see - is perfectly rendered to deliver the most incredible picture performance. With the help of LED backlight technology and its capability to promptly address the lighting changes, every image detail is perfectly rendered with optimized color and brightness performance without light leakage even in darkened scenes. This is especially true for the black and yellow color gamut.
