This isn't going to be a long drawn out review. The facts are - its a Viewsonic, they make great displays, and its priced well. Its really hard to beat this monitor for $150.00

I needed a cheap no frills monitor to get some light gaming and classwork done and this does the trick. However, its your very basic entry level monitor that should be treated as such.

unlike the previous reviewer I did not have a dead pixel. in fact the dead pixel policy is pretty much standard across the board, even with companies like Dell. I guess one should just buy LCD's from retailers with a no questions asked return policy...

I have always been a fan of ViewSonic brands and this monitor is no exception. The resolution is perfect. This is my first wide screen which I find very nice to have. The adjustments for both height and angle are great.
