Alienware OptX AW2210

The highly adjustable OptX AW2210 delivers deep, rich colors and smooth 3D action.

Highly adjustable stand. Great color and dark-grayscale performance. Includes dual HDMI ports and a USB hub.

Slightly expensive. Unable to reproduce very light grays. Finicky function buttons.

Alienware OptX AW2210 21.5in LCD monitor

$400 is a lot to pay for a 21.5-inch monitor, but the Alienware OptX AW2210 display has plenty of virtues to justify the price

Slick aesthetics and menu system, several adjustments and display options

Somewhat flimsy base, ports are hard to access, expensive for its size

The Alienware OptX AW2210 is a solid display in a slick package with settings galore -- and a slightly higher-than-usual price tag.

Alienware OptX AW2210

For gaming, it's hard to beat this Full-HD 22-inch premium monitor. It has good support & performs well, does it falter anywhere?

Good response times for gaming purpose ; Monitor stand is similar to UltraSharp series

Premium pricing ; No Pivot functionality in stand

The Alienware OptX AW2210 has its cross-hair trained on gamers. This 21.5 inch, Full-HD (1080p) LCD monitor offers a matte screen and 2ms (grey-to-grey) response time achieved using a TN-panel. The panel may not be as luxurious as Dell's higher-end...

Alienware OptX AW2210 review

Evidently the company applied that extra £75 to the Alienware OptX AW2210's aesthetics. The OptX 2210 is black, bold, and sexy from top to bottom, with a slim profile and a big plastic base that looks like Batman's boomerang.

Although £299 is a lot to pay for a 21.5-inch monitor, the Alienware OptX AW2210 display has plenty of virtues to justify the price, and the extra warranty coverage ensures that you can enjoy your investment at maximum visual quality.

Alienware OptX AW2210 21.5in HD TFT Review

Dell couldn't decide what to do with the Alienware brand for a while, dithering over whether to continue with its own XPS Gaming range or put all its gaming weight behind Alienware, the company it bought to gain a firmer hold in the gaming market....

As with the Dell, pressing each button produces an annoying bleep, but unlike the Dell, there's no option to turn this off. Our colleagues threatened violence if we didn't complete the configuration stage of this review super-quick

Amazing Monitor!

Amazing buy. Definitely worth the dinero.

This monitor is fast, the picture is crystal clear, and it has a lot of connections available. Comes with just about all of the cables that it is compatible with

If I have to say anything bad about this - No HDMI cable in the box, and no built-in speakers, but neither of these are advertised, so I couldn't really call them cons at all

Love the monitor

When I finally build my own machine last year, I did a lot of research. I knew I was trying to build a machine that could handle the high refresh rate needed for intense 3D gaming as well as a machine that could handle the demands of content creation...
