This replaced a 5 year old 17 inch LCD monitor. This is much brighter, with better contrast, and less than I paid for the 17 inch monitor 5 years ago.

Brand new. Arrived in perfect condition. No bad pixels. Replaced an older (no HDMI) monitor in a dual monitor configuration. It is now my primary monitor as it has the sharpest image. The only thing I would like more would be a second HDMI connection.

Well it is a nice monitor but it has one bad pixel it is not visible in most cases but the unit is the first I had in all the monitors I bought. Last Dell I would ever buy.
