HP breaks the mold with their new F2105 21-in. widescreen LCD monitor. This unique LCD looks like it belongs in outer space with its curved base and metallic design. While it looks like the F2105 should belong in your family room, don't let its...

Unique design; beautiful display; comes with multiple cables; integrated speakers

Cannot swivel or pivot; no buit-in microphone

In our tests, the F2105 proved to be one of the brightest monitors we have seen.

The $700 HP f2105 will look good with any media center, whether it's in your living room, den, or study--especially if your PC's design runs toward the chrome or brushed-steel look. With a 21-inch-wide screen and built-in speakers, the f2105 is ideal...

Excellent image quality; height is adjustable; easy to use; good-looking; built-in speakers: two-port USB hub.

No PIP, component, or S-Video.

The HP f2105 is an excellent 21-inch LCD for entertainment, home, and business computing.

Had the monitor for about 2.5 years, Great image and great added connections. Last week it started going to sleep for no reason. An image would flash on then immediately go back to sleep. Even disconnected, it would only show the “no signal” page goes...

I too called HP after the power button failed (two weeks after my warranty expired) and they tried to sell me another HP monitor! They should have issued a recall or at least an extended warranty. HP lost a long-time customer.

I love the size, picture quality, and flexibility of this monitor

Poor power button and customer service

If a company stood behind their product, and would make products designed to last more than a year, this would be a great monitor - great purchase. Guess this is just part of the throw away philosophy we have adopted in today's culture. Make a cheap...

Love the size...especially for gaming

A few days after warranty expired, a yellow line appeared down the middle. This was followed by a blue and red line a few months later. BTW - HP doesn't care, warranty is expired. Also speaker is going out, just started using them

My power button broke 2 months after my factory warranty expired as well. Totally inexcusable! With a lot of people reporting identical power button problems, I'm surprised that a class action lawsuit hasn't been launched against HP. They really do...

My beautiful monitor lasted exactly the length of the warranty and then told me “Monitor going to sleep”, and I can't wake it up!

Monitor started developing vertical lines about a month after warranty expiration (1 year) at 18 months it now has 3 such lines. HP offered to let me buy a discount refurbished one of a similar size for $300 – other than that though they said too bad.

I have had the HP F2105 Monitor for over 3 years now, nothing is wrong with it, try re-plugging some of the plugs and maybe you'll fix it, and I have had no problems with this monitor. Perfect, reliable, and great quality. If only it had that little...

As Bjorn Stellar mentioned above, it's much cheaper, faster, and stronger to just fix the power button yourself. I used a $4.00 electric hot gun for the repair which is fast and permanent. Remove the back cover as Bjorn described. Align the power...
