Kind of monitor that is sold with HP packages to people who don't know any better. Buy the way, 1440 x 900 is the recommended resolution from the HP site. Don't expect more out of something that is not capable of producing.

The color is perfect and the size is generous. Detail clarity is somewhat lacking with dark gray on light gray colors, and some photos are not extra high quality. It is a very good product at a great price.
