Not Impressed

Kind of monitor that is sold with HP packages to people who don't know any better. Buy the way, 1440 x 900 is the recommended resolution from the HP site. Don't expect more out of something that is not capable of producing.

Cheap, for a basic user who want's a larger screen

Bought cheap for a friend's build at the local store ; Waste of a good video card, no DVI input

NOT 1440 x 900 recommended

I should have checked out HP's site for the true specs but its rare that the EGG has the specs wrong. If I would have seen that its really a standard 22 inch i would have bought one cheaper, my parents can't see at high resolutions. The 1 egg deduction...

Monitor looks good, has tilt, and overall is a good picture

This is not a recommended 1440 x 900 resolution but rather the overall standard 1680 x 1050. The monitor is capable of displaying that resolution but its not native which does tend to blurr a bit versus the higher resolution

Perfect for 'mature' users

Didn't try/install the windows utilities on disk. Would have paid a couple buck more for a stand like I've seen for other wifi usb dongles.

This is the perfect monitor for our 'mature' users: a huge 22" wide with a 1440x900 resolution, same resolution as the 19" wide we have been buying. everybody wants a big flat wide screen monitor but then complain that 'everything is so small'. you...

HP L2208w 22" LCD Monitor

This monitor is terrific. Set up was a snap, it looks elegant, and the controls are easy to use. It has an auto-setup that worked fine; I fiddled with some settings after the auto, but couldn't improve anything. Highly recommended.
