HP Flat Panel Monitor L2335

With a 23-inch screen and a 16:10 aspect ratio, this LCD is wide, and since it rotates to portrait mode, it's tall, too.

Generally good image quality. Video inputs with PiP. Panel rotates to portrait mode and has supporting software.

Viewing-angle performance is good but not great. Text looks bold and fuzzy when viewed from the side in portrait mode. Weak printed documentation.

These flaws are relatively small, however, and the extra features like portrait mode and video inputs with PiP are valuable additions for some applications. The high price is likely to be the biggest deterrent for most buyers.

HP L2335 Silver 23'' LCD Monitor

With height, swivel, tilt, and even the ability to pivot, the L2335 is one of the most adjustable large wide-screen monitors we've seen. Another unusual feature: You can set the screen image to one-to-one, fill-to-aspect-ratio, or fill-to-screen. Like...

HOTNESS

I would recommend this monitor to those who would helplessly fork out the cash as i have done.

Nice monitor as ive noticed on my DVI input to the x1900xt card. 1920x1200 res is serious! No dead Pixels

Yea as expected, the price, nothing else so far

Owned over 6 months now.

I might just get another one of these, I'll definatlly consider HP again. HP makes good monitors for sure. I feel I got a good monitor for my money.

This is a follow up review from on down the page. I just wanted to tell anyone who is thinking about getting this monitor but thinks its high, to stop thinking and buy it. This monitor is the best monitor I ever owned and I am thinking of getting...

Other than that dead pixel none

Just what the doctor ordered...

I'm using the L2335 via the VGA (analog) port and hope to move up to a newer video card soon. I'm currently running a Gainward (NVidia GForce 3 Ti200) card and am quite happy so far. If you do any investments in the stock market and use software for...

Excellent screen clarity and real estate compared to my recently deceased Sony 21" E540 CRT (which was really 20" in CRT speak). I have no dead or stuck pixels and UPS (as usual in my area) beat the box pretty well. HP's packing paid off ; I read just...

Let me just say up-front that I really have no complaints. Like most people, I had real sticker shock and mental struggling with the price. But, that is quickily fading because of the video-joy this monitor offers ; I'm having to re-do some of my...

Excellent display for gaming

I also just purchased one of these from NewEgg and all I can say is WOW ; This is my first LCD monitor, had a 19" CRT before, and I love it. Believe me ; when I say that gaming on this thing is awesome ; I play mostly FPS games and I am very picky...

Like someone else said before you almost need a screwdriver to get vga cable off. It comes pre-connected to the display

Good splurge

Although I like the connectivity of this monitor, I must say that it boggles my mind how no manufacturer has had the common sense to give 2 DVI inputs. B/c at the end of the day, you'll be wanting to use DVI on this puppy. And my powerbook can use it,...

This is a great screen, same as Apple cinema HD. Can't think of a better thing to spend a lot on

No second DVI input

No regrets

All told, I'm very very pleased with this monitor. No regrets.

I was a little wary spending over a grand on a monitor, but now that I've used it for a couple of months, it's been well worth it. The screen arrived very well packaged, and I'm running it on a GF6600 at native resolution with no problems other than...

As with most LCD's, the blacks aren't really black, just a very dark gray. The blips I mentioned above are noticable, but not at all troubling. The HP2335 is very expensive

OH MY G O D!

Normally I buy everything from newegg, but I found this at another site for $100 less and it arrived in 1 DAY. Plus NO SHIPPING.

Read all the online reviews. For a long time considered the Dell 2405FPW, but this one has better display technology backing it up

Silver bezel may take some getting used to... I prefer matte black
