This seller sent us a broken monitor that did not work and never sent us our refund. We googled the problem and reported it to the seller and he said he would send us our refund. We got this for a present 12-10 and as of 3-11 we have not been refunded.

This monitor came with my desktop I bought in 2004. I've never has a problem not even a flicker for six years. It works so well that I will be replacing my desktop but not the monitor. It still produces a beautiful picture.
