Instant visual hatred of the quality of the type on screen. All attempts to make the 'black' actually appear as 'black' failed. You can't even use it as a TV.

It's big and cheap and the stand is good for both portrait and landscape - very stable. Good way to get huge monitor on a budget.

Menu does not rotate so in portrait mode you get twisted neck setting it. Backlighting brightest at bottom (normal landscape) which is annoying in portrait mode as it is then brighter one side than the other.

All the cables, including a USB ...except the hdmi one I needed! Default settings are way too bright and is a bit fiddly to adjust, but ok. Had to stand on an old biscuit tin as the height is not that tall.
