LCD MONITOR DELL,2007FPB, DVI & VGA, 20 LCD, BLACK, REGULAR STAND

Bought 2 monitors from the vendor named Ombligo. One was in very good condition, on the other, the screen was scratched really badly so I returned it. Also, no DVI cable was included, I've written to the vendor to ask for one.

The condition for this item was listed as "USED -- GOOD." So that's what I expected. I was able to compare it to a new one near my computer, and I didn't expect perfection. The exterior case of the monitor has some scratches, no big deal. Main problem...
