None, the posted cons are simple stupid. The one about plugging the lamp into the master outlet is headed straight to my classroom

Bargain priced power savings

 

When I wasn't using this for the home theater (a 23" monitor, HTPC and PC speakers I'm not too concerned about blowing out), I would plug a small lamp into the main switch and simply turn it on when I wanted to use it as a power strip. It works fine...

Affordable and functional, but for very specific situations. It's great for powering a budget video game console or HTPC and TV/sound system as it can cut power to the TV and speakers when you're not using the primary device

Unfortunately, if your computer doesn't draw enough power when it goes to sleep, the strip will cut power to it completely. It's a bit of an unfair gripe since one should really be using a better surge protector for a primary PC, but this is designed...
