MSI All-in-One Gaming PC (AG2712) Review

If you had spoken to Intel a few years ago they would have been happy to state that the way forward for desktop PCs was the evolution into All in One systems. Machines which build the CPU, GPU, etc into the chassis of our display. Back then they didn't...

MSI Optix MAG271CR review

To be the best, you gotta go fast

Color is exceptional ; Price point is good ; 144 Hz and curved

Pixel density suffers at 27-inches

MSI’s latest Optix screen is a bit of an enigma, although it features an impressive spec list, the lack of availability right now, damages the overall accessibility of it. Ultimately, if you can deal with the pixel density being a little bit less than...

MSI Optix MAG271CQR Gaming Monitor Review: Vivid and Versatile

MSI Optix MAG271CQR is a 144 Hz curved gaming monitor with QHD resolution, high-contrast VA, FreeSync and G-Sync compatibility, plus stylish RGB lighting.

Bright, saturated image ; High contrast ; Low input lag and motion blur ; Build quality ; AMD FreeSync, can run G-Sync unofficially ; 144 Hz refresh rate

sRGB mode is inaccurate ; Gamma tracking could be better

Though the MSI Optix MAG271CQR has a couple of image accuracy issues, its superior gaming performance, speed and rich, saturated color outweigh those flaws. It provides a fantastic experience and an excellent price/performance ratio.

MSI Optix MAG271CR Gaming Monitor review

MSI is a relative newcomer to the gaming monitor market, having announced its first model almost exa 1,920 x 1,080, a 144Hz refresh rate, a 3000:1 contrast ratio, Freesync and an impressive sounding 1ms response time.

Incredibly high contrast

No G-Sync for Nvidia gamers

MSI Optix MAG271CQR

I am a big gamer so I was very excited when I saw this on Amazon and I was blown away by the refresh rate. 144 hz is a dream come true for me because I am used to very slow refresh rates, the quality of the monitor is great and the stand was an easy...

MSI Optix MAG271CQR

This monitor was a bit above my budget but with the whole of Australia working from home during lockdown, I grabbed it as stock was running out quickly. I'm now happy I paid the extra money as I use it for 3D CAD work and it's really very good. No lag...

Nice picture, dead and stuck pixels spoil it.

Bought this three weeks ago and have spent the last two weeks dealing with the incredibly slow MSI support department. It has a dead pixel in the top left corner I can live with and understand it happens BUT there is also a stuck (Red) pixel in the...

Great Monitor!

This is the first 1440p monitor I have used, and the first 144Hz monitor I've used. There is a very noticeable difference from 1080p and 60Hz. The image quality is fantastic, and the screen has great viewing angles. So far I have had zero issues with...
