Samsung T27A950 LED Monitor Review

If looks could sell....

Stunning looks; decent number of ports

poor color production; bad viewing angles; avg. 3D performance; no DVI or VGA; very expensive

The Sm@rt Hub must be accessed via the Internet of course, for which you will either need to pull a LAN cable or connect through Samsung’s WiFi dongle, which is not included in the package – quite a bummer for its price!

CNET reviewed the wrong monitor...

Basically, CNET should have reviewed the S27A950D if they are going to place this in the monitor section. The one reviewed here is not optimized for a computer and therefore is worthless to compare to other monitors. The T is for those who want to use it

"Over priced with lousy 3D."

Samsung's quality control on this model is very poor, I tried several of these monitors and returned them all because of the ghosting, which varies in severity from one monitor to another proving this is a quality control issue. The last one I returned...

Large display and interesting design.

3D has severe ghosting.

An excellent 3D TV/Monitor

I bought this so I can watch Home and Away and view my Photos in 3D with the 3D Converter also with the 3D Converter I can watch normal TV in 3D as well.

I love 3D and I am a huge fan of it

Netflix won't activate and it doesn't come with Wi-Fi

CNET should make sure they have the correct model #

This is a great monitor. Very expensive. Very confusing naming scheme....CNET needs to verify. Updated on Sep 3, 2011

I have the 950D. Bought it from **********. The link on CNET's page points to the Amazon and they call it a straight 950 not a D. The back of my monitor shows model 950D. It has 1 HDMI, 1 DVI and 1 Displayport. The other model....the one in CNETs vi
