Samsung's latest SyncMaster is an ideal monitor for an office environment. The Samsung SyncMaster 943BW combines a minimalist yet classy design with excellent image quality for a reasonable price.

Great 1400x900 monitor! Just lower brightness and contast thru the menu and it's almost perfect

Nicely bright, good contrast, rotates. Adjustable brightness, and pretty much adjustable everything else

Angle of view not the best for graphic arts, swivels past 0 and 90 degrees so it's easy to get it a little crooked. Others have noted that it's too bright for text work, but that can be easily adjusted with the on-screen controls

My internship over the summer had these monitors on their computers, so I mainly used these in portrait mode for computer programming, and on that end, these were fantastic, and I'm strongly considering buying one for myself. The image is very bright...

I miss buttons...the power/menu/etc controls work by putting your finger on the respective spot. Doesn't detract from the looks, but I always seem to press the wrong one or press one when I don't mean to if I'm pointing to stuff

Excellent contrast resulting in superb color for an LCD. Rivals the picture of my hight end sony crt ; I love the smooth buttons. I built this one into my kitchen wall and the smooth buttons don't get dirt stuck in them while I'm cooking and turning it...

Had to RMA the first time but New Egg was quick to get the new one back to me

I've bought 2 of these for client builds and clients were very happy with them. They're very sleek, sharp, and the color quality is amazing. Nothing short of what one would expect from a Samsung LCD

Flushed buttons (or lack of) are difficult to see when the screen is on, especially in low light conditions. This isn't too bad though since you rarely have to adjust the screen's settings

If u want an excellant 19" widescreen monitor thats swivels, turns horizontil 180 degrees, moves up and down then u found it, bought this for a customer and i wish i had found this deal when i wanted one, the picture and all about it is EXCELLANT!!!...

After purchasing this monitor, I am officially a Samsung loyalist. Not only are the colors, the widescreen, the TOUCH control buttons, and the mount awesome, but this thing can ROTATE! All my games and movies look awesome, Crysis is even more beautiful...

Even though I love the touch controls, they are a bit hard to see in dark areas, but turning on the lights are good enough to for me to see them up close
