3d Rocks

3d Is unbelievable. If you said 2d to 3d is better than tridef then you did not configure right. I am writing this to help all the AMD 5800 series users out there ; 1) install the monitor driver (go get the one from the tridef forum (search for this...

Out of box experience is rough. No guided on what to do to get 3d working

Great Monitor...

120Hz @ FHD (DP only) ; Minimal Clouding ; Vivid/Crisp Color Display ; Slim Design

ANNOYING "Not Optimal Display" message (as other have mentioned, minus 1 egg)

Sweet monitor, not so sweet buttons

The color profile settings are so good that you can even forget that it is a TN panel at times, until certain facial colors show up (especially asian skin tones). If you put this monitor next to another monitor that is not as good you will never want...

This monitor looks amazing even off. It is extremely thin, and has one of the smallest bezels I have ever seen ; Colors, brightness, and contrast are all phenomenal on this monitor, after some small adjustments. Some people say that blacks aren't as...

Took one egg off for the buttons, it is really sad to see such lack of quality on an otherwise amazing monitor by a top notch brand ; The capacitive buttons are tricky to use at first. The center button is almost impossible to press. If you want to...

The bad the good and the beautiful

Politically nVidia also says they won't support this monitor because it gives the ability for other companies to try their hand at 3D renderings. The TriDef 3D launcher system does a better job, when I had it working well, the light bloom/glow effects...

It's certainly a nice looking monitor, even if I think the blacks could be blacker and the whites whiter. Even spent time doing windows color calibration, and it's better, but I know when it's off, and certain other times, black is much blacker

Coming from 3d Vision, this is a nightmare of complication to use the 3d. It's an additional application 'Tridef 3d' which is a launcher which you must add your games to enable 3d glasses. Then, apparently only on ATI 5000+ cards they support...

Question

Have a question... Does this actually come with the entire 3D setup? If I have a HD 5850 card and buy this, will I be able to hook it up with a display port and dive straight into 3D or will I need another kit

Sorry just asking question

Absurdly beautiful

The first unit I ordered was DOA, but NewEgg replaced it ASAP and the next three have been great. Been very happy with Samsung displays (TVs, phone, & a Windows8 dev slate) thus far. I had high expectations of the display quality and these monitors...

Elegant design, crisp and vibrant colors, very thin panel, DisplayPort input ; I bought 3 of these, and they overlap very well for a 5760x1080 effect with a thin bezel. Because the panel itself is so thin and has a slight angle, you can overlap the...

Occasionally I get the same issue another reviewer had: "Not optimal display settings, please use 1920x1080". Cycling the input to HDMI then back to DP works, but I shouldn't have to do this. Still looking to this to see if there's a resolution but...

Best consumer 27" out there

After upgrading my desktop I was looking for an upgrade from my older Samsung 226BW. At first I wasn't looking for a 3D monitor but many gaming display reviews kept pointing me to the 750/950 model for 2D gaming. Paired with a Radeon 6790 this is...

Excellent picture out of the box with very easy setup for 3d ; Looks very sleek and is very thin

Tilt is almost non-existent. No VESA mount ; I also found it confusing at first to find the differences between the 750 and the 950. If you have a Radeon 6000 series with displayport you don't need the 950 unless you like the look better

Looks good in the picture, not during use

I switched to this screen from a 27" iMac. Quality is no comparrisson. Apple screen seemed like it was 1000's of times better. As I am typing this, the letters on white webpage seem like they are floating around just a tiny bit. Unfortunatelly, as much...

Great appearance, ultra slim design, touch controls are great on the base

Bought this display with a HD 6870 2GB Graphics Card with display mor to go with it. Display did connect at the promised 120Hz, but not only 3D was too hard on the eyes, even the 2D picture seems like it is flickering badly. Screen looks like almost...
