I get the impression that Samsung's refurb dept. does not even check the monitors before sending them out. In the meantime I have purchased another monitor.

Samsung's tech support so far has been excellent

Original monitor went back for backlight bleeding. Second exchange monitor went back for the same plus On Screen Display poped-up whenever it felt like it. Third exchange Monitor going back for dead pixels

Monitor is perfect, I use it for small business, I love it. Bright, easy to set up, stand is nice, no complaints

Quality Monitor

Recommended and will probably buy more in the future.

Excellent monitor, not the cheapest out there, but it is worth the extra for the quality. I'm nearly brand loyal to Samsung as I have one of their first LCD monitors that is almost 7 years old and still running great

The base of the monitor is pretty small and cheaply made for such a good screen. It's kind of unstable because of the small footprint and a jolt to the table can cause the monitor to sway disturbingly. Also, the screen doesn't adjust down past the...

Be ready to buy another

Without service a good price is not a savings. I think from now on I will ignore the Samsung brand for everything and buy whatever is the cheapest.

Monitor looks good out of the box and worked pretty well until near the end of warranty. Setup was simple with decent instructions

For the last month a pop us has occured which will not go away. It is the adjustment screen which occurs on to of everything. E-mails and attempted phone calls have been ignored. (one less service glitch for the books)

Great Buy!

It would be nice to have more movement, but it does tilt which is really all I need. Great buy!

LCD Screen came with NO dead pixels! Fast shipping, great color, NO ghosting

The buttons on the screen are a little hard to read, but once you have the settings right no need to change

The warrenty sucks pretty bad. Beside having to have all the packaging (original) and stuff, the warrenty only lasts for 30 days! So now i'm out 200 big ones after only 6 months of usage...Bottom line: Good monitor not so good electronics

NO dead pixels at all... worked well for about 6 months..see cons

after 6 months the monitor went dead.. now (as i'm typing to you) the brightness button is stuck in (electronically not physically) and i have to look around the brightness box displayed now forever
