Good monitor

 

I wouldn't have ordered this monitor if I knew it didn't have DVI. It's my fault, though; I just mixed up DVI and D-Sub when I ordered. It is an excellent monitor, however, and has worked without a single noticeable problem for 6 months now. I don't...

Large. Excellent color. Low power consumption. Good focus and clarity. Excellent contrast

Bad product + bad service

 

I still love Newegg :)

Looked ok, when i COULD look at it

This monitor comes with a recommended resolution (1280x1024) well i tried changing it and the screen went black. Thats the last time i enjoyed my pc. Ive tried everything even going to some friends pcs and nada. PLUS Samsung's service is so horrible...

Wow!

 

Dead Pixels worried me, because I knew they'd nag me, but thankfully this monitor is crystal clear with no dead pixels... the display is nice. I bought it for flash use... My CRT was so small that it was like looking through a tunnel with how cluttered...

Crystal Clear, High Resolution, Low profile edge, sturdy but small mount

Buttons on bottom edge, I'd prefer the traditional placing along the bottom of the front

Great monitor

 

there's one disclaimer i would like to add. If you get this monitor, I dont believe it's possible to play Battlefield 2 with it. Something with this LCD monitor and Battlefield 2 that just doesnt work.

Just such clear/bright/precise pictures and colors. Obviously size is a plus like with any LCDs

Wonderful!

 

Almost never can go wrong with a Samsung. Setup was very fast and simple, great change from a CRT to LCD. Feels so much better on the eyes, after viewing it for long periods of time.Little brighter then had hoped but that is easily tweaked to perfection

Close to "plug & play"as it gets!!

 

With a 3 year pars & labor warranty on everything including backlight, you can't go wrong with this monitor!

5 min "install" Win 98 and 2K-pro, works without exception ; No dead pixels out of the box ; Last, but far from least Newegg aervice and shipping are unequaled!! Which is why I keep returning ; Bottom line, if you are looking for a good 19" LCD monitor...

Not Bad

 

It takes a few days of getting used to if switching from a CRT. Font will be blurry at first with a haze over it. Long periods of use make eyes more sore than CRT's. If you're a gamer get at most an 8ms response time LCD.

Large screen that doesn't take up much room

NOT FOR THE GAMER: It only displays up to 1280x1024 max. resolution. The 12ms response time makes for some blurring while scrolling WEB sites and other documents; It also delays response to quick movements in games slightly

these monitors are great. I bought four and i'm buying two more! no dead pixels, color is bright and super sharp! I've always bought Samsung LCDs and never been dissappointed. A standard 3 yr warranty is another plus
