I use as a TV in the kitchen. Works great so far. I don't have any problems with sound quality. Plays loud and clear. Do notice non HD channels could be clearer but HD broadcasts are fantastic so I know its not the TV but difference in cable signal....

Agree with previous reviewers...above average picture, below average speakers....we use it in the kitchen and crank up the volume all the way to hear anything....presence of digital "QAM" tuner negates need for extra cable box to pick up basic digital...

I bought this product to use as a computer monitor. I had problems at first with the letters being fuzzy but with my new N Vidia graphics card the picture is as clear as can be. Very good TV-monitor for the price.

This unit might be fine as a PC monitor, but as a stand-alone TV, forget it. The sound produced by the tiny, rear-facing speakers is lousy, underpowered and tinny. I bought this unit new and will be requesting a return authorization as soon as I finish...
