Samsung Syncmaster BX2440

I bought this monitor because it was among the ones with the "pivot" function, i.e. you can rotate it by 90 degrees. However, you cannot use it in that position because you DO NOT see anything due to poor, very poor viewing angles. Furthermore, the colors are quite annoying, with a color temperature so cold (despite what you do) that makes the whites too bright. There are also problems related to an excessive sharpness that makes most fonts very unpleasant. This monitor is only for dvd-viewers and gamers, even if is often described as being professional. Frankly if I could go back in time, I would not purchase it.

I purchased two of these Samsung monitors after seeing them in a local store. The height adjustment is awesome, and if you're looking to swing them around to portrait mode, they also do that quite easily.
