Samsung SyncMaster LD190G 19-inch Lapfit USB LCD Monitor Review

So you have yourself a nifty laptop, working away diligently when you start to realize you might need more desktop space. Using a laptop, you find yourself locked into that 15-inch monitor but you need more room, what do you do? Well Samsung might have...

In this kind of laptop, it's really need for a good power distribution for it to be working as fine as possible. You can check this site http://www.cabletiesandmore.com/power-and-data-… to see those good power distribution equipments that can really...

Samsung SyncMaster LD190G 19-inch Widescreen LapFit LCD Monitor Review

The Samsung SyncMaster LD190G comes in typical Samsung fashion utilizing a compact corrugated box that features the product picture on the front and information regarding the product around the box such as that the actual screen size is precisely...

Great color reproduction; Glossy looks sexy; Wide viewing angle; Includes both VGA and USB cables; Lightweight; Fast startup

Lacks DVI; Price is subjectively high; USB connection requires compromises; Ubisync USB software will tax the system; Can’t use the monitor for intensive usage if using USB connectivity

I like the Samsung LD190G and it presents a great way to add external monitor support to your notebook/netbook PC if you’ve ran out of the spare VGA connection. Utilizing the USB port to hook up an external monitor does have its limitations but overall...

Pretty Good

Nice Screen. Wide Screen is nice. It's easy to move around and easy to prop up

The buttons need getting used to, but that's not really a Con. just preference. Only one Imput

Be careful

I agree with most of the pros

However, the resolution is not supported by many laptops that are only a few years old. So you better make sure your video card/chipset supports this resolution otherwise you'll be stuck with 1024x768 and black bars on either side. That's a waste of...

Very Nice

Possible Con: only VGA input... but I knew that ahead of time and my netbook only has a VGA output anyways.

Very clear display. Works great with my netbook. Very simple product. Perfect for the sale price that I got

No real cons if you read the product description

Love it!!

Sleek, light, easily portable. Great Picture

Can't fit in my laptop bag...have to find one to fit it...not really a con. Wished the cords were attached and retractable..but I dont think any monitors are...no real cons so far

Great

Buy it, i have it hooked up as a primary desktop monitor, great for gaming and beautiful display

Sleek ; stylish ; love the like touch buttons on the front ; great display ; cool stand ; i got it for $99 (Free Shipping)

It wasn't free ; Newegg Guaranteed 3-day shipping is apparently guarantee 5 day ; (no big deal though, still got it in one piece)

Perfect for my needs

I needed a monitor that would fit under the hutch on my new desk. I only had 14.5" of clearance and this monitor is only 11.5" tall, unlike most monitors with tall stands. I did need to use a video card because my on board graphics did not support this...

Nice sleek design. Low overall height. Solid, stable easel-type stand. Hidden touch panel controls. 1360x768 was the resolution I planned on using, so having that as native resolution is best for me. Some of the higher resolutions are just too small of...

No DVI, HDMI or USB connections - only RGB. I would have preferred silver or two-tone over glossy black for my setup, but it's no big deal

Simply wow

I'm a avid Xbox 360 LAN gamer and travel with gear a lot. I needed a really nice monitor to replace the Viewsonic VE710s i've been using for about 5+ years now. Originally it was a PC monitor that turned into my LAN monitor since it was able to fold...

Slim ; Lightweight ; Vivid ; Excellent resolution ; Ease of use ; Very Aesthetically pleasing ; 360 friendly

Only thing is i'd have to say would be the rear stand is limited in range but isn't too bad. It's definitely more portable because of it. So it's not entirely a con

Amzing Product

Great product, great price, great delivery. If you're on the fence with this one, just go for it. You'll enjoy it.

Look's and feel's amazing ; No issues here on an old compaq laptop and an old desktop with integrated graphics. 1360 looks great on both. This is my main screen now, replacing some old CRT's (aah the radiation) ; And zero dead/stuck pixels ; And I...

1360 is not true 16:9 ; intuos4 16:9 need's the "force proportions" setting to match up. oh well ; 1366x768 is 16 ; 9 but not a proper setting because most graphics cards function in level's of 8, so 1366 is less supported ; 1360x768 is just fine for me
