Fully adjustable, crystal clear with the vga cable. No cons. Just look out for a part for the stand in the side of the styrafoam, thought it was missing a piece for a while.

the screen is ok but the stand is designed horrible. the stand is too too short and not adjustable that makes my neck pain after a while looking at the monitor.
