Low price; solid service and support; easy to adjust; built-in speakers.

Fair image quality; subpar stuck-pixel policy; limited vertical-tilt range; no horizontal swivel.

The VG700b's affordable price and solid support package will appeal to the SOHO market, but its image quality lags.
