Images look good once the display is calibrated ; Good response time

Out-of-the-box settings are inaccurate ; Limited viewing angles

Viewsonic VP2250wb

Four small function buttons located along the lower bezel are used to access the on-screen display setup menu, where you can tweak settings such as color temperature, brightness, contrast, and image size and position. There are also fine tuning and...

Wide color gamut. Highly adjustable. Good overall image quality

Poor vertical viewing angle performance. USB ports hard to reach. Slightly weak grayscale performance

The ViewSonic VP2250wb delivers a bright, vibrant picture and a nice feature set, including a flexible stand and four USB ports. Its enhanced color capabilities make it a good choice for users who require accurate color reproduction, but its viewing...

ViewSonic VP2250wb LCD Monitor

The ViewSonic VP2250wb won't satisfy the pickiest of pro users, but anyone looking for good color reproduction at a reasonably affordable price should take a look at this monitor.

Generally good color reproduction and performance; affordable for an advanced product; 4-port USB hub; movies look great

Minor issues with extreme dark end of grayscale; very large base; connectors not easy to get to; no HDMI; doesn't support 1080p resolution

Double your display real estate by adding a second monitor. It's a snap: Here's how

Review: ViewSonic VP2250wb LCD monitor

ViewSonic's VP2250wb is a fine, affordable multimedia and general-purpose display. But color professionals and those who often collaborate with co-workers may want to look elsewhere for a display with better viewing angles,

Images look good once the display is calibrated ; Good response time

Out-of-the-box settings are inaccurate ; Limited viewing angles

Setup was straightforward. We connected the VP2250wb to our Mac Pro via the DVI port using the included cable. The display can tilt forward and back and has up and down height adjustment. There’s no ability to pivot into portrait mode, but we usually...

ViewSonic VP2250wb

This LCD contains 5ms panel, not 2ms panel! After 2 weeks using, I get it to the service, where the experts has determined this type of LCDs contain slow 5ms panel, and it is over-driven electronically, which results very bad, gay and strong...

Sharp text, rich colors

Very strong, gay purplish patches using 2ms response time; practically it contains 5ms panel

My favorite of all our monitors.

We own two of these. My husband bought one for me when he purchased one for himself. My stepson just wanted to "play" with it for a while to see the difference between the graphics on his monitor and this one. Well, I now have his old monitor and he...

clear and good color

I have been using this screen for some time now. I calibrate it with a sypder pro 2 and it shows good detail. I don't do detailed color corrections (I have my lab do those) so for my purposes it works great. It gives me good detail, good blacks and...

Nice Moniter

Only 2 bad pixels on this machine. Other than that, it was very nice and a good price.

Grey Streak Against White on Yours?

A bit pricey, but an OK monitor for enthusiast/ hobby graphics once the color is calibrated at slower (non-accelerated) refresh rate to tone down the over-saturated reds, blues, and purples.
