I agree this is a wonderful monitor for static images. I bought this and a wonderful ATI FireGL card for my astrophotography. I would not be able to make the images I do without it. As said below though, I would love to see a 30 in+ version of this. If...

I'm not quite sure where to begin with this review. I guess I should start by stating, right up front, that the VP2290B (and it's twin, the IBM T221) can NOT be used -- or even considered for use -- as a "general purpose" display for your computer....
