Absolutely no dead pixels. The screen is crisp and amazingly bright. Very good controls let you adjust every aspect you need to. The only thing that may bug some people is that it sits pretty tall because you can't adjust height, but it isn't very bad...

Great monitor! NO dead pixels on arrival! However, I did get this vertical yellow line that wouldn't go away, so I had to RMA through ViewSonic. Their support team was great, and I got a replacement FAST! No dead pixels with the replacement as well....

Bought two of them for dual display on my system. Great picture! Like the fact they have both an analog and digital connection. Great service from NewEgg as they quickly delivered.
