I wanted a larger monitor and this fit the bill.

I have no affinity toward this monitor whatsoever. I think it looks good and it's a very solid monitor with a high resolution. As a video editor and designer, I use a lot of screen real estate on as many monitors as i can get my hands on. My favorite...

No Signal

great when it works

died with no signal issues after a few months. Really disappointed in Asus and the quality of products on the market being sold now. I have been a loyal customer since 1990's and purchasing this monitor and the headache of RMA'ing every other component...

No dead pixels

I purchase a 1 year extended service on this monitor because of all the dead pixel reviews. Maybe this helped in some way to get me a monitor with no dead pixels.

No dead pixels, which everyone seems to be complaining about. Color may be off when you first receive it

Does not come with DVI ; I'm unfortunately stuck using a DVI to VGA cable so I have some signal problems. Ill edit this post once i get a DVI to HDMI cable

I got what I paid for

I was willing to pay a little extra because I am very demanding when it comes to quality and performance. With ASUS, I have always received both since I bought my first ASUS motherboard in 1996.

Excellent for gaming!

I shopped a long time looking at monitors that were a lot more expensive and would do a better job for, lets say, photo layout or something but for me gaming was the main focus closely followed by budget. Yes, there better monitors, but not for sub...

Quick to Die

The monitor was awesome for maybe 3-4 months. The size is immense, and despite the big size only 1920x1080 resolution was enough for everything I did from photo editing to playing games. However, about a month ago, I turned on my computer, speakers,...

Very big screen ; Uniform design ; Thin Bezel ; Matte screen

No DVI ; Screen rarely turns on anymore - see other thoughts

Its pretty good for gaming, wouldn't go any bigger

Its big enough to play games and watch movies on. Has a excellent display and has a button to switch between DVI and HDMI

it has this dumb quick fit function that sucks and it does not come with a DVI cable or a Displayport function. The quality with the HDMI to DVI cable is pretty distorted and you should use the display port

its shuts off randomly

Had it since feb and havent used it enough prior this issue

Unit shuts off and turns back on, while surfing the web and watching movies

GTX 690, 3770K,

This monitor defines what it means to be human. Nvidia Surround and 3 of these bad boys just makes you grin

No DVI port on the monitor, The color needs to be fixed from the Nvidia control panal or the ATI catalyst control center. Follow the other review about color

As I said previously, when I first bought this monitor and hooked it up I wanted to return it. The colors looked horrible. (Black was basically grey) Well, after fooling around it turned out to be the setting I mentioned in the cons. Fixed it right up!...

Great monitor, 1ms rate, flawless colors ; Easy to Setup. For those who complained: you obviously know nothing about Up and Down buttons ; Quality seems a bit on the high end. (Plastic is plastic)

Before you complain about colors ; If you have the Nvidia control panel on your PC, make sure you go to Display > Adjust desktop color settings > and select 'Digital Color Format' and select YCbCr444 ; Use this setting if you hooked up via...
