This is the greatest gift a nerd can get...a powerful silver-clad laser in a magnetically closing case, complete with kitschy Chinese packaging. What else could you want!!! I bought these for everyone on my list at the university.

The product doesn't work most the time when I press the button, even with new batteries installed. It is very dim when it actually does work, and only rarely does it shine bright.

The laser only worked a couple of minutes. I should have listened to the other BAD reviews because they were right. After about 5 minutes the laser went from really bright and big to microscopic and so dim the cat wouldn't chase it any more. New...
