Cooler Master CM Storm Recon Review - Tech2

The Recon has been cleverly designed to cater to a wide gamut of gamers with different playing styles. The body, for example, is ambidextrous...

With a shape and weight that's optimised for claw as well as palm grips, this is an all rounder that will appeal to gamers across the board. Although it may not beat the DeathAdder in performance, it serves as a viable alternative to those who seek...

Cooler Master CM Storm Recon Review

Those who check out my gaming rig invariably ask me the exact same question: why use an entry-level gaming mouse such as the Razer DeathAdder when you've spent Rs 7,000 on a mechanical keyboard and another 1500 bucks to mod it? Unfortunately, this...

Comprehensive driver suite Unlike its Spartan optical brethren, the CM Storm Recon has most of the bells and whistles found in more expensive laser mice. It features LED lighting in three zones: the wheel, logo and the DPI switching buttons. Each zone...

Excellent mouse, software needs work. Sensitive buttons

It boils down to a very good mouse but needs some work. I don't recommend it for your home PC if you're a right handed user I would invest in the Havoc mouse instead, it's very comfortable.

Had it for a year and a half before upgrading to the CM Havoc (even better mouse for gaming if you're right handed) and it's been great. It is weighted perfectly and is great for short time use, left handed and ambidextrous use. Small and portable for...

I'm knocking an egg off for the software and the mouse buttons. The software is clunky and would forget macros I made, I had to reprogram it once and a while to get them back. I accidentally click while holding it often enough for it to be an issue,...

Awesome gaming mouse

Really happy I got this when it was on sale. It looks great, feels great, and is perfect for ambidextrous mouse lovers.

Great mouse for a great price. Software is easy to use, LEDs are bright and very pretty. Cord is sufficent in length

Does not have fully adjustable DPIs; only presets

I was expecting something more furry

I've dropped this thing like 7 times and it still works 10/10 would buy again.

It works well, has a small variety of LED choices. Pretty sure it has some weights or something in it which is nice. Definitely doesn't feel like a cheap mouse

None good mouse is good

I normally go for cheap, but...

The ambidextrous design is very good for a left handed person like me. The reason I bought it is because it is usable with the left hand (and the multi-colored LED allows it to fit in with any computer design). It is a great mouse, but it could have...

This mouse works for everything I want it for. It is great for games and the included software allows you to map pretty much any kind of macro you could think of to any key. Very useful when you are playing a game and have a complex series of button...

I have used this for a couple months and the only con is that whenever the mouse wheel turns it emanates a most pitiable squeaking sound that reminds me of a small rodent in distress. I wish that the manufacturer would have given the wheel some better...
