Great first impression

It's larger than I expected. I was unsure at first but after using it for a while I really like the size and shape. Other reviews say the death adders break over time and I'm really hoping that's not the case. I really like this mouse so far.

Accurate tracking, looks awesome, material texture feels wonderful, ergonomics are great, button click response is very crisp

The cable is still kinked from being bound tightly in packaging but I'm sure that will go away over time ; The side buttons seem slightly to tight in my opinion, but it'll be nice knowing that I won't accidentally click them

Best Mouse on the Market

Adding one of their control or speed surface mouse pads is a worth-while purchase if you have this mouse, but I had pretty good results with the regular $0.10 mousepads for many years before trying one. I prefer the control-style surface, and have...

The Deathadder was my first introduction to Razer, and I couldn't believe the difference. I had used nearly every brand of mouse out there, but as soon as I plugged this in I felt the difference. 3500dpi and the 1000hz ultrapolling make for very smooth...

The fiber braided cord has a longevity issue. Cord memory is the tendency of a cord to keep its rolled-up shape, and you can see the bends on the cord for this when you take it out of the box. Those bends will eventually break the weave and insulation...

Good mouse

Overall it's a nice mouse. I purchased it to compliment my Deathstalker keyboard and they work very nicely together. It does what Razer said it would do, but I docked an egg for the lack of on the fly DPI modification. I've seen much cheaper mice with...

Fits my hand quite well, despite them being on the smaller side of the aisle (I wear a size 7 wedding ring if that gives you any indication). Left and right click respond very well, and neither has decided to click without my permission. Perhaps...

Would prefer to be able to change the Razer logo LED to a steady glow rather than a slow motion flash, but it's still kinda cool. This mouse doesn't allow you to modify the DPI on the fly (I've seen mice with two small buttons in front of the scroll...

No better mouse out there

Overall, it's a fantastic gaming mouse and I'd recommend it to anyone out there interested in a comfortable gaming mouse. If you're like me and have used the previous version of the product then, be prepared for some slight adjustments. However, that...

Comfortable design that will allow you to game for hours ; Minimalistic approach - Only 2 extra programmable buttons aside from the main three (left click, right click, scroll click). This is just nice and convenient for me considering that I just...

Not really a con but, for anyone who has used a previous version of the mouse, the grips on the side can take a little time to adjust to ; The top surface of the mouse definitely has a different feel than it's predecessor (Not a con, but making note as...

Razer

Definitely worth the money, especially on sale. My friend bought the Naga and I can't say I know anyone who would need that many buttons.

Buttons still click nicely after 2 months of daily use ; Comfortable for my large viking hands ; Snakes

I don't think I'll ever enjoy wired mice, but the mesh over the wire is pretty rad

Razor = OVERRATED

i will never buy from this company again - their complete disregard for the dwindling natural resources available to us is utterly shameful

appears to be well constructed, though i know nothing about its longevity

Razor is one of the most WASTEFUL companies i have seen - their extravagant packaging, which you pay for, is a complete and utterly irresponsible WASTE OF RESOURCES ; i bought this product at a local Best Buy and returned it the same day because a) i...

RMAing now

Had to take off one star since I have 3 M510's that have been threw hell and still work perfect. The DeathAdder was babied and well cared for.

Great look and feel ; Very good tracking ; Lasted just shy of 1 year

Worked great until it didn't any more lol. Out of the blue the left click button has a mind of it's own. It randomly single, double, and click and hold's no matter what I want it to do. Just started the RMA so I guess I will see if buying a premium...

Razer has let me down for the last time

I really like Razer's designs. I kept coming back for a reason, but at this point I'm convinced that the same quality that exists in other brands just isn't there. Sorry Razer, but this is where we part ways, forever.

Nice design, feels good in your hand. Sensitivity is excellent and precise

I have owned 4 Razer mice now, and every one has failed in some way in under a year. I have an old Logitech gaming mouse I've had for 7 years and it still works as good as the day I bought it. I just can't justify spending $50+ on a mouse to have it...

RAZER RZ01-00840100-R3U1

Cheap, high quality mouse ; High DPI ; it glows ; rubber textures on the side so I can claw it easier

A lot lighter than my previous mouse (naga) ; larger than I expected, i like my mice small and cute ; razer synapse is a programming abomination that I've had to deal with for 4 years now

Good while it lasted

Awesome mouse when it functions properly

Mouse has double click issue after a few months
