Gigabyte GM-M6880 gaming mouse

Gigabyte's GM-M6880 is a budget gaming mouse

Cheap, good weight

Too sensitive in some games

The Gigabyte GM-M6880 has its share of faults including a hyper-sensitive laser sensor. However, considering it’s priced at $33, it is hard not to recommend the Gigabyte GM-M6880 as a good budget option for PC gamers.

Gigabyte GM-M6880 Computer Gaming Mouse Review

Coming in at £9.99 it definitely looks the part: it has the typical ‘gaming' design and comes in a ‘metal black' colour that gives a nice shine to it, but unfortunately the same material that gives it this shine is also particularly good at becoming...

Owned for 6 years... finally failed.

- I recommend this mouse to anyone considering a good mouse for a low price. - I am purchasing a replacement again tonight... maybe I'm just used to it, but I like it. - I never used the DPI Switching feature (speeds up mouse movement 2x)... no need...

- Used massively for 6 years. Extremely long lasting. - Long enough cord, but not monstrously-long (can reach behind the desk to the tower on the floor). - Large enough for a larger hand, but again, not monstrous... my kids can use it easily. - As...

- I've noticed others mentioning this as well: middle mouse button failed. {Debounce circuit failure suspected.} - Non-slip pads on base glued-on and will fail after a couple years, but can be simply glued back on. - I found out non-slip pads on base...

Laser is far too sensitive

- Good feel in the hand - Buttons and scroll wheel are of very good quality

The laser on this mouse is NASA grade. I can raise it 2 feet off of the surface of the desk and it can still track the desktop. The problem with this is that whenever you lift the mouse off the desk to recenter it (i.e constantly while playing FPS...

great mouse

overall great product

very smooth great functionality fantastic price comfortable grip and "feel" dpi button very responsive

perhaps I got a bad one (I bought 2) but one of the scroll wheels squeaks when rolling... it is intermittent and very high pitched. I don't know if returning it would be the right thing to do, but I am considering it. the other mouse works flawlessly...

Bought a new computer and was taking my g500 to it, so my old computer was mouse-less. I was just looking for something relatively cheap, however, this mouse is pretty darn comfortable.

Subjectively, it's a little light.

Great mouse while it lasted

If your looking for a cheap mouse to hold you over until you can purchase a high end gaming mouse. Get this one, just don't expect it to last very long.

It has great sensitivity settings The feel of the mouse is very good. The price was awesome

Lasted only 6 months before it started double clicking constantly which made it unusable

Middle button sucks. Bought two, both middle buttons broken.

It's nice, but the middle mouse button broke on BOTH of my mice.

Feels good. Sleek. Its a nice mouse, just expect the middle button to break.I bought 2 (one for home one for office)

The middle mouse button broke.

Perfect other than the scroll wheel

-extremely comfortable -dpi selection button is handy -it isnt too sensitive to the point where i can move the mouse around while it isnt on the desk (annoying while playing video games)

-the scroll wheel squeaks and i can hear it through my headphones even with the volume up

It's a bit confused at times

Got it for a steal. The fit of it for my palm size is near perfect. The two side buttons make great access to voice without interupting the game. 1-11-16: Owned this since July 1013. 2 and a half years, it's still going strong.

A bit big for the limited space on my desk. I must have gotten the old codger version of this mouse because every so often the right mouse button likes to do the left buttons job. I mean I click the right button and the action on the left button...
