Logitech Performance Mouse MX

Utilizing Logitech's new Darkfield tracking technology, the Performance Mouse MX may be too innovative for its own good.

Lots of programmable buttons. Usable on a wide variety of surfaces.

Odd design requires some adjustment. Button placement not always ideal. For right-handed use only. Included software gives fewer button-configuration options than Microsoft equivalent.

Review: Logitech Performance Mouse MX

This mouse is very comfortable, feels sturdy, and all of its buttons (except the thumb button) are in the right places.

The Performance Mouse MX is designed for right-handers (sorry, lefties). There’s a groove along the left side of the mouse for your thumb, and the mouse fits my hand nicely. The mouse is a little on the heavy side, weighing 5.8 ounces, but I didn’t...
