Logitech Touch Mouse M600 and Cube Review

Call me crazy, but I've never been a big fan of the Apple mice. I'm a quick mover on the computer, constantly multitasking and clicking between different windows and Spaces, and even the wired Apple Mouse could never keep up with me. Logitech's...

Fast tracking. Uses multi-touch for scrolling up and down, as well as a gesture for switching between windows. Takes either one battery or two

Not a good mouse for power users. Multi-touch doesn’t always respond properly. Flow Scroll software for smooth scrolling only available for Windows users

The M600’s finicky optical sensors and weird multi-touch offerings are too complicated for my multitasking needs, so I’ll stick with what I’ve got. However, I’m definitely looking to the Cube as a mouse to use while I’m away from my desk.

Logitech M600 Touch Mouse

The Logitech M600 Touch Mouse has reliable functionality and a slick, refined design. Adjustable weight and a receiver that works with multiple devices makes this one of the best touch mice we've seen—it's just a little light on features.

Smooth touch scrolling. Quiet right and left clicking. Ambidextrous design. Adjustable weight. Unifying receiver allows multiple devices

Touch is limited to vertical scrolling and horizontal swiping

Logitech Touch Mouse M600 (Black)

Logitech asks $70 for the Touch Mouse M600, a touch sensitive input device in the style of Apple's Magic Mouse and Microsoft's simply named Touch Mouse . That price will come down once the M600 hits wider distribution, but it's still in the same range...

Logitech's Touch Mouse M600 cuts an attractive profile and delivers effective, touch-based mouse input, as promised.

For all of the M600's fancy touch technology, you will find few functional differences between this mouse and a more affordable mechanical model.

Logitech's Touch Mouse M600 works well enough, but it's not as ambitious as Apple's and Microsoft's competing touch mice, which means Logitech shouldn't be asking for the same price as its competition.

"Expect Logitech high end new mice to be 4 Mac&Windows 8"

A nice affordable touch mouse that works on most surfaces

SEXY Look with Logitech Laser tech for virtually any surface and tiny logitech wireless receiver for six logitech accessories

not for Mac

Not a "touch" click

I wanted this to have a silent click. Unfortunately it's button inside the mouse. I feel like sometimes when I click down I accidentally hold it down with my thumb and ring finger. It takes just a little bit of getting used to. I pre-ordered through...

Very nice looking. Operates smoothly. Nice touch panel. Almost there

This doesn't have a "touch" click, like a laptop's track pad does. The whole mouse pushes down and it clicks like an Apple mouse ; No possible way to middle click

Slick mouse

Very easy to use and long battery life. Even have a switch for long idles. Don't know if this is my laptop or not but scrolling is somewhat glitchy, frames within frames would sometimes not scroll completely.

Style, Dependability, Features

Packaging is way better than older Logitech products, the box is very user-friendly and can be easily repackaged in case you want to sell after using it.The mouse is great, I'm using it right now. Setpoint software is not working on Windows 8.

There is a learning curve for this mouse, you have to teach yourself to use it. If you do, you will probably enjoy it though.

This M600 mouse is billed as Brand New and I received a filthy, scratched up,and well used product. This may be the last item that I buy from Rakuten -- they need to correct this.
