Logitech G502 Proteus Core gaming mouse review

The wired mouse for the claw-grip gamer that knows what they want

Weight customization and surface customization are cool/practical features ; Responsive, versatile mouse suitable for myriad uses ; Great for claw-grip style of gaming

Is 12,000 dpi really necessary ; Left-click is a bit too close to the dpi shift keys ; Thumb rest doesn't jive well for palm-grip users

Logitech G502 Proteus Core Tunable

As someone who works on a computer all day and then plays video games when time permits, it is safe to say I use a mouse a lot. For years I have favoured the Logitech Performance MX, it's a big mouse that I find very comfortable and it's more than...

The Logitech G502 Proteus Core is a another strong Gaming mouse from Logitech, although I have to admit it isn’t quite as good as I thought it was going to be, maybe I was expecting a little to much. Don’t get me wrong the G502 is a very good Gaming...

Amazingly Comfortable and Great Mouse

I haven't regret buying this mouse at all. Before this, i'd been using just a bunch of left-over stock mice and never thought that upgrading a mouse would feel so great!

You can easily set up DPI profiles through the Logitech Gaming Software and easily change DPI comfortably in increments that you specified at the click of a button ; The mouse can go up to an INSANE 12,000 DPI which is a little too much imo but you...

Without the added weights that you can put on if you choose, the mouse is still a bit heavy. Not necessarily a bad thing to me but it might be a con to someone else

Over rated mouse

I miss my old r.i.p. G9 :(

Very fast shipping ; Mouse works but ; Good precision ; Up to 1ms ; Good / basic software (up to 5 DPI positions in 3 different settings (15 total)) ; 3 sides buttons well positioned (2 extra for DPI)

Stopped working twice in 2-3 days of normal use (cursor freezes). I must unplug and replug USB port to get it works again ; Mouse is too big (Length and height), widht is good ; The left clic is probably 2.5 to 3 inches long ; The scroll wheel is also...

No one touch my mouse

I love this mouse to death. No one in my house is allowed to touch it. Ever. At all. In games like War Thunder, where you have a lot of controls especially in Realistic or Sim battles, the G-shift is so amazing. I can bind everything or almost...

1) Easy software ; 2) DPI shift button ; 3) Nice blue light and accent ; 4) Custom weight (with case for them) ; 5) Scroll wheel can free wheel ; 6) 3 Profiles (Maybe more, I only use 3) ; 7) G-Shift button, its not mentioned in the trailer but it...

No-one in their right mind would ever set the DPI to max. I tried it, and started laughing. Until I realized that I couldn't get to the slider to change it back
