Logitech Ultrathin Review

The Logitech Ultrathin offers a comfortable typing experience, but the two features that set it apart from previous versions aren't worth the trouble.

Good typing experience; Large keys; Attractive design; Light

Hard to tilt iPad ; Finicky magnetic hinge

The Logitech Ultrathin offers a comfortable typing experience, but the two features that set it apart from previous versions aren't worth the trouble.

Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio for iPad Air

Logitech fans will be pleased with the look, feel, keyboard comfort, and protection the Ultrathin Keyboard Folio for iPad Air provides. But its auto sleep/wake functions are unreliable, and other cases offer better stand versatility, too.

Comfortable keyboard. Good overall protection

Large. Questionable layout choices. Only one stand option. Unreliable auto sleep/wake function

Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio for iPad Air Review

The Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio for iPad Air is as svelte as Apple's tablet, but the typing experience could be better.

Snappy key response; Light design; Protects iPad's back

Caps Lock and A keys combined; Number and iPad function row combined

The Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio for iPad Air is as svelte as Apple's tablet, but the typing experience could be better.

Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio for iPad Air

This case for the iPad Air has an attractive design and functional island keyboard.

Good 'clicky' keys, despite minimal travel ; Offers fairly good protection as a case

Odd keyboard layout ; Stand only allows for one angle

Overall a good keyboard case, but let down somewhat by an odd keyboard layout which steepens the learning curve.

Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio for iPad Air

Although the Keyboard Folio's thin design means minimal key travel, the discrete keys provide a clear tactile 'click' on activation. That makes it easy to type rapidly, once you get your head around the keyboard layout.
