Razer Mamba review: Wired, wireless, or somewhere in between

The Mamba looks more like an art exhibit than a mouse, but it's too rich for our tastes. Also inside: A look at the (much cheaper) Mamba Tournament Edition.

Same high-end sensor and design as the more-expensive Mamba ; No concerns about battery running out mid-game

Still fairly expensive for such a basic mouse ; Loses the adjustable click gimmick of the high-end Mamba

I can't imagine why you'd buy the regular Mamba instead of the Tournament Edition, unless you're dead set on going wireless. Razer's made a beautiful mouse, but $90 is already pushing what I'd pay. $150 is too rich for me, even if the Mamba and its...

Razer Mamba Tournament Edition review

The Mamba Tournament Edition is a fantastic choice for wired-in gamers.

The Razer Mamba Tournament Edition is a worthy but pricey wired gaming mouse. It’s a nice compromise between the standard wireless Mamba and the less expensive Deathadder.

Razer Mamba TE Review: 2015’s gaming master mouse

The Razer Mamba TE is a Tournament Edition mouse made to compete with the highest-grade gaming mice in the world. This device continues the Razer tradition of making high-end super-sensitive mice by bringing a 16,000 DPI 5G laser sensor with 1,000 Hz...

Razer Mamba Tournament Edition review: Great gaming mouse with Chroma customization

If you're looking for an ergonomic right-handed gaming mouse, you should give the Razer Mamba TE a look.

Quality gaming mouse with smooth performance and cool Chroma lighting effects. Extra buttons are always nice, and these are easy to reach and use

90 might be just a bit too much, but thankfully you can get a great deal on Amazon right now

This is definitely a good mouse with a lot of customization options. The Chroma lighting effects are cool, and this mouse will sync with any other Chroma-enabled hardware you might own.

Razer Mamba Tournament Edition Review — Quick and Deadly

Fantastic laser sensor, best in class DPI options.

16,000 DPI seems overkill to us.

Plagued by problems

I have two razer keyboards and another razer Naga, These I love but my experience with this mouse is so bad that I will never buy another Razer product again. Their support is so bad that I'd get more information out of a lobotomized monkey.

It looks cool and the concept is cool.

Execution by Razer sucks. The mouse I bought was barely functioning and limping along for years. The wireless function wasn't great and had problems from a 1ft distance. The battery deformed and expanding to make it nearly impossible to get out of the...
