You have to constantly remove the back to gain access to the usb. In doing so, my remote separated and no longer works. I want a replacement. I can't find my receipt so I can't return it to the store I purchased it. Please contact me.

The presentation remote works great with Mac and PC alike. I would definitely recommend this product.
