Gear Head MP2125BLU

This mouse suits my needs well. It is quite responsive. I do a lot of detailed Visio work (drawing network & app topology diagrams, etc.) and this mouse is up to the task.For 12 bucks, very hard to beat.

Every time I go to use the mouse after starting the computer I have to click the DPI button and left click for it to sync with the computer and move the cursor on the screen. I have several other mice that work without the additional actions

This mouse came in a bundle with a laptop. Fortunately my kids rarely use a mouse, because this one was DOA. Light won't stay on even with new batteries. I assume the feautres are great but haven't been able to find out for sure as it doesn't work.
