SteelSeries Xai

Marketed as a first-person shooter gaming mouse, the SteelSeries Xai succeeds in comfort and features, but falls short on the battlefield.

Comfortable feel. Solid software interface and feature set. Ambidextrous design.

More resistant than I would have liked for an FPS mouse. Simple design. Price is a little steep compared to other FPS gaming mice.

SteelSeries Xai Medal of Honor Edition Mouse Review

Simplicity at its most effective.

Highly customizable; No need for software; QcK surface is large and smooth; Ambidextrous; 5 Profiles with full customization and macros

DPI switch only allows to switch between two values

The rubberized base is good, and given the large surface area, it will almost never move from place. Since the QcK surface is cloth and rubber, you can easily fold it and take it with you wherever. My concern is that over time the edging of the cloth...

SteelSeries Xai Pro Gaming Laser Mouse

At first glance, the SteelSeries Xai mouse looks like an ordinary run-of-the-mill type budget mouse. Not until further investigation did we really understand what makes the Xai a high quality gaming mouse. The ability to program buttons and create your...

Overall the SteelSeries Xai Pro definitely shocked us with everything it could do and all of the customization options that we had at our fingertips. For an ambidextrous mouse, the Xai is comfy enough for extended gaming. No, it’s not the most...

Steel Series Xai

Steel Series was fairly new to the mouse scene when they introduced the Ikari in August of 2007. The Ikari was and still is an amazing mouse, when Steel Series told me that they have spent years perfecting their next mouse I definitely had to see what...

After years of work designing and perfecting the Xai it's weird that there are almost no special features that stand out other than the LCD screen. After using the mouse for a few weeks, it was easy to see where all of their time went. Steel Series...

SteelSeries Xai Laser Mouse

Today we are going to take a look at a SteelSeries Xai laser pro gaming mouse. As you can guess, it was designed with gamers in mind. But how can it be any different than other mice?

Plug and play ; Ease of set-up ; Ten programmable buttons ; User friendly software ; Ergonomic design ; Good for Right or Left handed user

A little out of balance

I found the SteelSeries Xai laser gaming mouse to be very easy to set-up and use. It has an ergonomic design that is very user friendly. The ten buttons on it can be assigned to anything you choose. The software is easy to understand and use. Overall,...

Comfortable ; Sleeved cabled ; 1000Hz ; Easy profiles ; No lagg

Wish it was 10$ cheaper to compete with others

Well this is a cool mouse I have to admit, it’s comfortable to use even though it’s made for both left and right handed people. I actually ended up replacing my own old mouse with this one for my main setup due to the fact it's so comfortable and very...

SteelSeries Xai Laser Gaming Mouse

SteelSeries has definitely pulled it off again. The Xai laser mouse manages to not only compete, but beat many of the seemingly better equipped mice from rivaling brands. The simple design approach from the Ikari has been taken one step further and the...
