I learned about the iHome devices from my grandchildren so I knew they made good stuff. This unit was not as fancy as the one my GK's have but it works well and is just what I was looking for. I had another one of another brand and it didn't hold the iP...

I was very disappointed the color was not as shown or stated. It was more blue and did not match my purple ipod. I sent it back. So I never tried it and therefore couldn't comment on ease of use or sound quality. I ordered a different model.

Love this thing! Suprisingly good sound. Easy set up for sleeping and waking to music on my Nano. Definitely a good purchase and at a very fair price.
