First got this when it came out, it was fabulous then, and now, a few years later it is still being used and has no problems at all. My husband now uses this one as he likes the video playback, as well as the music hook up in the car.

it is like all the other Apple products I have - they are all unbelievable. Yes they are a bit more expensive but you do really get what you pay for and the customer support is second to none.

Everything is great - picture quality is fantastic. I have the 16 Gig version and wonder why I need so much storage - I have heaps of stuff stored and still only have just over 1 Gig used.

Should some with a built in wrist strap as it can very easily slip out of your hand.

Overall, i think it's worth the money. I've had mine for 3 years and it hasn't broken or anything. Just small things but that is normal in all appliances. Battery life is pretty long, so that is good.

I like the big screen, great storage capacity. The image is really clear and everything is easily accessible.

Scratches easily at the back, and the front screen leaves lots of fingerprints. Sometimes it freezes up but it is usually fine after a few minutes. Also it's a bit heavy but you can always get the new version.

I love everything about this ipod. I can store thousands of songs, videos, and pictures. The sound is really good, pictures and videos are good too.

It takes a few seconds once you click on a song or video to appear. It does make loud noise when you drag or click the files.
