Bose Wave radio CD

I must say after opening the box I was a little skepticle about the size to value ratio. I mean this thing is not the biggest Radio but when I plugged it in and turned it on I was blown away by the crisp clear LOUD sound that came out of this thing. I...

Bose Wave radio CD

Very poor reception, I get a better soun/reception from my old $20.00 radio than from Bose wave radio for which I paid $569.00. I want to add that it has an extra FM antenna I got from Bose.

Bose Wave radio CD

The radio preset stations will not hold. It goes to a radio station that is not even programed.

Bose: it's good but it's not magic, which fools rush to expect.

In fine, the Bose Wave music system is a little wonder.

A well-designed piece of equipment with sound bigger than its size

It can't compete with 15 speakers, pre-amp, and 10 other pieces of electronic

A Pricey Bose System But Is It Worth The Incredible Sound...?

Years ago my father had bought the Bose Wave radio before it had a cd component. My dad is a huge fan of Bose products, especially after he bought the Bose Quiet Comfort 2 Headphones. With the initial Wave unit the sound was good but we could never...

Relatively compact, lots of features, incredible crisp sound

Very pricey, cd changer not included, no buttons on actual unit

The Wave music system & the truth about Bose and their products

Here's a little-known truth that has been known

Beautiful clock radio with ultra-thin remote that navigates the controls with little

400 for a glorified clock radio?! Not worth it

In a word: A fantastic system...

We bought a Lifestyle system a while ago while there was a promotion, where you got a free Wave Radio/CD.

Great sound, ease of use, clear/powerful/rich sound, bass response, compact size

Expensive, remote only operation, would love a case to carry it around

A premium $ystem at a premium price

I will admit it. I was suckered in to the home shopping network trap. Watching ShopNBC one night, I came across the new Bose Wave Music System. I was glued to the television for about an hour, after some intriguing demonstrations and countless guests...

Elegant design, ease of use and very impressive sound

Lack of buttons. (If that's a bad thing)

Product Specifications

It's the latest innovation from the most respected name in sound. The award-winning performance of the Wave radio now includes the added convenience of a built-in CD player. Yet it's added only a quarter of an inch to its height. Making this possible required a team of Bose researchers to re-design the acoustic waveguide speaker - the breakthrough that won its creators the "Inventor of the Year" award. Along with the clean, natural, room-filling sound of the original Wave radio, the Wave radio/CD includes many of the same convenient features. A full-function CD player lets you program up to 32 tracks. A stereo tuner offers 6 AM and 6 FM presets. And a handy credit card-size remote lets you control it all from across the room.
